Appointments are recommended to minimise waiting time. Emergency and urgent care is available during normal operating hours. If an emergency occurs outside our operating hours, please seek care at the nearest emergency hospital.

For first-time visits, please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to complete registration.
If your pet is scheduled for a surgical procedure, they should remain fasted for at least 12 hours prior to surgery. If in doubt, please contact us.
